Kevin A. Clark concentrates his practice in commercial and business litigation.

He graduated from Michigan State University College of Law where he concentrated his studies around corporate litigation, labor disputes, and dispute resolution. During his time at MSU College of Law, Kevin worked as a Washtenaw County Public Defender as well as a research assistant for several prominent Lansing and Ann Arbor based law firms.

Prior to law school, Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Economics with a Business Cognate from Michigan State University. While in undergrad, Kevin completed courses in the Economics of Law and Public Policy at Regents University in London, England.

Upon admission to the State Bar of Michigan, Kevin worked in the Wayne County 3rd Circuit Business Court as Judicial Attorney to the Honorable Lita M. Popke. In this role, Kevin helped manage a docket of over 500 active civil cases and drafted Business Court opinions and orders on many issues of first impression. Kevin’s tenure at the Business Court for the 3rd Circuit provides him with unique insights into the needs of the court.

Kevin is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Detroit Bar Association, and is a Section Board Member of the DBA Barristers.
