Matthew H. Letzmann
Matthew Letzmann has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation with a specialization in complex commercial disputes and automotive supply chain counseling. He has represented Tier I and Tier II suppliers in a wide variety of contract and cost recovery matters. Mr. Letzmann frequently works closely with supplier clients to assist and evaluate root cause investigations to assess risk and limit exposure. Mr. Letzmann has been named a “Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer” in business litigation by Michigan “Super Lawyers.” He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law (J.D., 2003).

- Representation of Tier I and Tier II suppliers in hundreds of automotive supply chain disputes
- Counseling clients in automotive warranty and recall cases and cost recovery claims
- Successfully obtained injunctive relief for numerous clients to protect supply and critical business relationships

- Advised supplier clients through material shortages and pricing disputes
